Thank you for your continuing support of United Way! If you've been giving for 10 years or longer, we want to recognize you through our Loyal Contributors program.

The Foothills United Way Loyal Contributors program will be designed to celebrate individuals like you who have supported United Way for many years and, in doing so, helped many people and created positive change in our community.

If you've been giving to United Way for 25 years or more, and as part of the Loyal Contributor program, we would like to give you a special recognition as part of the Diamond Donor Club. If you haven't signed up before or if your information has changed, please fill out the form below.
